Then we did some core work and rope strengthening! Plank raises, crossovers, bar roll-outs, handstands, and rope-ups (yes, sometimes we like to invent our own names) finished off the day!
Congrats to all of you who are writing in your journals every WOD! It's such an important part of your progress! Please remember to bring them to each WOD and also to record what you do at home, whether it's skill work or a WOD, write it all down.
