We want to thank each and every one of you for your patience as we move through our "growing pains"! We continually work hard to make Graham CrossFit an AWESOME place! We've heard your requests for more evening classes and are proud to announce "We've listened!"
On November 15, we will launching a new schedule... with some changes. These changes are designed to give everyone the best possible experience at our box. We have been paying attention to your needs and feel that this schedule reflects just that!
First, you will notice that we've added a 7pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!
Second, we've added another Saturday class!
You will also notice that some of the evening classes have changed. We have created 2 new classes: Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced: By Invite Only. The Beginner/Intermediate class is designed for students at an entry skill and fitness level and for those still working on building a base level of strength and conditioning and technical expertise.
The Advanced class is for our Advanced/Elite students. You will be contacted individually if we feel you are a good fit for this class. To be considered for this class, you must be at the Camo or Black band level, have mastered all the basic and intermediate movements and be confident and capable to do advanced skills. You are willing and able to serve as a model for any movement in class and are considered a leader at Graham CrossFit. You would be confident and willing to assist a beginner or guest during any class.
Any class labeled "All Levels" is open to any of our current students.
