It's the Holiday Season

Thanksgiving is just a few short days away! I know most of us really look forward to a huge meal, different desserts and several hours of football. This year, I want you to find a different way to celebrate. Think about all the hard work you have been doing here. No matter if you have been a member for a month or two years, the work and effort you have put in should not be undone by one "traditional" meal. I am not saying that you will gain weight from one day, but it is so easy to fall off the wagon once you release those reins. So, here is my challenge for you! Before your meal, go outside and do a mini WOD! Sprints, walking lunges, or broad jump burpees are a great way to get your heart rate up. Take your kids to the park and have a football game with the neighbors. Enjoy the game, relish that piece of pie, and get back on track.
