Brags and Goals

I was noticing the other day that our Brag Board is FULL! And, WOW, am I inspired and in awe of all that you have accomplished! So many of you have pushed yourself, worked hard, stayed dedicated to your nutrition, and went outside your comfort zone... and look at the results!  I am inspired each and every day by all that you do both inside and outside the box. As we look forward to 2011 I can't wait to see all the amazing things you will do! Keep taking it one day at a time and you will continue to see more and more success!!
