With "Helen" finals right around the corner we have decided to have a short but sweet 3 week Primal Impact nutrition challenge. The Holidays are a hard time to stay on track, so this is a great way to hold yourself accountable and improve you "Helen" time. For all of you who are brand new CrossFitters it will be beneficial to learn the yes's and the no's of food choices and how much should you eat. Come November 22 at 6pm for all the information.
