The trophy says it all.
10 people coming together for a common goal... to perform their best!
And, we definitely did that today. We had so many achieve a PR, so many reach outside their comfort zone, so many brave enough to try something new and so many who came out to cheer and holler!
The end result: 1st Place at the 2010 Washington State CrossFitter Weightlifting Championships! Congratulations to everyone!
Again, you remind us why we are so proud to call Graham CrossFit our family!
