Well, our weightlifting team broke in the box this morning bright and early! We did a "mock" competition so that we would be prepared for our REAL competition on the 23rd! We had some good lifts and a lot of GREAT effort today!

I have been meaning to post this and now seems like a great time.
It's a FORMULA FOR SUCCESS and it goes like this:
1. Mechanics
2. Consistency
3. Intensity
Simply put, you have learn the movements, practice the movements, only then can you bump up that power output. This ensures safety, which is so important, but it also ensures SUCCESS! Learn to be patient with CrossFit! It's a process, one that can't be rushed or you run the risk of sacrificing your long-term success.
