We did our new Baseline WOD! This WOD will be used as a guide to measure your progress. We will repeat it periodically so make sure you recorded the WOD and your time (as well as any modifications) in your Workout Log.

40 Squats
30 Sit ups
20 Push ups
10 Pull Ups
Red/Camo - Men's goal is under 4 minutes, Women's goal is under 5 minutes.
Then we had some Ring Row fun! You know you all loved it!
